Shipping Options

How fast do you ship?
It usually takes one or 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. If for some reason you need your order to be processed immediately and shipped the same day, please call us at 973-777-3113 and provide us with your invoice number or order number. This is a courtesy service and there will be no additional charge for processing your order on a priority basis. 

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We offer different shipping options as fast as 2 business days and as slow as 15 business days for packages shipped in the continental United States. Faster shipping options are more expensive. You can save in shipping charges by ordering early and selecting standard shipping options.

Do you ship by UPS?
Depending on the shipping options you choose we may use any of the known local carriers that offers such service. We are currently using UPS, FedEx, DHL and United States Postal Services. 

Do you ship overnight?
We do not offer overnight service. The reason is that overnight shipping charges are too expensive for our low price products and often shipping costs are a few times more than the price of products. The other reason is that shipping companies sometimes fail to deliver the packages on time and their terms and conditions protects them against any claim. In other words they do not refund high fees they charged for overnight shipping when they deliver the product 5 days later. If you really need an overnight shipping, place your order with a 2 days shipping option and then call 973-777-3113 to upgrade it to overnight.
